
Annette O'Toole was raised in Houston the state of Texas. She attended her mom's dance studio. She made her television debut at the age of 2 in the form of a young child appearing on the Don Mahoney, Kiddie Trooper Show. Her mother and she with ten years of singing, dancing and dancing under her belt, went in Los Angeles a whole year when she was 13 to determine whether she could be successful from show business. Within two months she was offered her first work: dancing alongside Danny Kaye on The Danny Kaye Show. She says that she has utilized her dancing and singing abilities in a variety of ways. It's an excellent discipline for actors." Her first role as an actor was My Three Sons, followed with appearances on Gunsmoke, The Partridge Family, The Mod Squad, as well as Hawaii Five-O. The most important thing that O'Toole loves, in spite of her successes in film and on television was theatre. The actress decided after her run of six years on Smallville was finished, to focus on acting exclusively. That's what she's been doing since at the beginning of this decade. She made the trip to New York and her first audition led to her being part of The Sea Gull. She has appeared in a variety of off-Broadway productions, such as Adam Rapp's Kindness and Tracy Letts' Man from Nebraska.
